2D DUMMIES: International Sales & Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Agreement
All international quotes and orders provided by 2D DUMMIES are subject to the following terms. By accepting a quote or issuing a purchase order, the Buyer agrees to these conditions in full.
2. Shipping Terms (Incoterms 2020)
All international shipments are sent FCA (Free Carrier) Naples, Florida, USA.
- Our Responsibility: 2D DUMMIES is responsible for packing, export documentation, and handing the goods to the designated carrier in Naples, FL.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: Risk of loss and title transfer to the Buyer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment. All transit-related issues are the responsibility of the Buyer and their chosen carrier.
3. Importer of Record: Duties, VAT, and Fees
2D DUMMIES does not collect international taxes or duties. The Buyer is the “Importer of Record” and is solely responsible for:
- Value Added Tax (VAT) / GST: Any local consumption taxes (e.g., 23% in Ireland).
- Customs Duties: Any tariffs based on the product’s Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) code.
- Brokerage Fees: Fees charged by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for processing customs clearance.
- Storage Fees: Any costs incurred due to delays in the Buyer providing required documentation to local customs authorities.
4. Payment & Currency
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Method: International payments are processed via our secure Stripe portal. We accept major credit cards and verified bank transfers.
- Full Payment: Production and/or shipping will only commence once 100% of the cleared funds are received.
5. International Warranty & Returns
- Warranty: Our standard 6-month manufacturer’s defect warranty applies.
- Shipping Costs: For international orders, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning a product for inspection and the subsequent shipment of any replacement.
- Final Sale: Due to the complexities of international logistics and customs, all international sales are final.
6. Compliance & Governing Law
2D DUMMIES complies with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Collier County, Florida.
